I am very lucky to have many people who read these blogs/Tweets/etc. People say to me, “You should start a blog.” What’s funny is that I had a blog on Myspace that I kept up religiously for years. I took it down recently but saved the blogs on my own. So I’m going to re-print them. And I’ll include the dates on each one so you’ll know when I wrote them. I Meditate to Scare Children
I went on a hike today by myself. I decided to stop in the middle of it and sit on a bench overlooking the canyon/woods I was in. Then I remembered I had a “Mindfulness of Breath” meditation podcast on my iPod so I decided to sit and do a 20 minute meditation. I can never discipline myself to do this daily so when the mood strikes, I go for it.
