Refund Policy

 All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download has been delivered.

Why we have this policy

Our products are digital downloads — PDFs and e-guides that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these files can be accessed, downloaded, and copied immediately, we are unable to “take back” a digital product the way a physical store can process a return.

All sales are final

By completing a purchase on this site, you agree that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. This applies to all products in our shop, including individual downloads and bundles, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Having trouble accessing your download?

If you are experiencing a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help. Email us at info@jenkirkman.com with your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is issued against a completed purchase, we reserve the right to revoke access to all downloads associated with that order and decline future purchases from that customer.
